Fan Spacers & Nose Cone Kits

Our extruded aluminum fan spacers are available in a variety of sizes and come with a clear, blue or red anodized finish. Mounting hardware included. Refer to instructions below for choosing the correct fan spacer.
Nose Cone Kits hide the exposed bolts and pilot hub at the center of the flex fan. The kit contains an extruded aluminum fan spacer with a threaded male pilot hole and a billet aluminum Nose Cone. The spacer and fan are bolted to the water pump flange and the nose cone threads onto the fan spacer. Nose Cone Kits come in blue or red anodized or chrome finish. Mounting hardware included. For standard rotation fans only.

Warning: Fan should have a minimum clearance of 3/4” from the radiator, belts, hoses or pulleys.

Selecting a Fan Spacer
With a Fan Shroud: Measure the distance from the water pump flange to the edge of the fan shroud. Add 3/4” to this measurement for the spacer.
